At the heart of WOCON Design & Build is a personal legacy of craftsmanship and responsibility.
Our founder, Mykola Vorobyov, brings over two decades of hands-on construction experience rooted in European tradition and family values.

Originally from Ukraine, Mykola led his own building company specialising in high-quality timber frame homes. His skills were passed down through generations — from his grandfather and father — shaping not only his technical expertise but his professional philosophy: work with precision, honour commitments, and never compromise on quality.

In 2022, Mykola and his family relocated to the United Kingdom, bringing this deep tradition of craftsmanship with them. WOCON was founded with a clear mission:
to combine solid European construction principles with the expectations of the British market — reliability, compliance, clarity, and care.
